The Orioles have made the following roster moves:

• Activated RHP Yohan Ramírez. He will wear No. 48.
• Optioned RHP Jonathan Heasley to Triple-A Norfolk after yesterday’s game.

• INF/OF Tony Kemp has cleared outright waivers and elected free agency in lieu of accepting an assignment to Triple-A Norfolk.
