In the event that a game is canceled or postponed because of rain, inclement weather conditions, or other reasons beyond the control of the Orioles, tickets will be subject to the Orioles' announced policy for that specific event. Please retain your ticket information until the Orioles announce the updated policy for the Event, which the Orioles may do through the media or Orioles.com.
Tuesday, May 14 Postponement Ticket Policy
The Tuesday, May 14 Orioles vs Toronto Blue Jays game has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up on Monday, July 29 as part of a single admission doubleheader, with the first game beginning at 3:05 p.m.
Tickets for the postponed May 14 game are not valid for the make-up date. Original ticket purchases (fans with tickets that were purchased directly through the Baltimore Orioles) will be given a credit for their May 14 purchase. Credit will appear on fans’ My Orioles Tickets account by Friday, May 17 at 5 p.m. Fans can redeem their credit via www.orioles.com/tickets or within their My Orioles Tickets account. Credit must be used prior to the end of the 2024 regular season.
Tickets for postponed games are not subject to refunds. Please see below for more details on our May 14 postponement ticket policy for specific ticket holders.
- All Birdland Members (Diamond, Black, and Orange) should exchange tickets from their original plan via their My Orioles Tickets account. Tickets purchased outside of the Membership plan will be credited to their account and good for a 2024 regular season game.
- Online single-game purchasers who purchased from orioles.com should redeem their credit via www.orioles.com/tickets and utilize the same email address that was used for their original May 14 ticket purchase.
- Group ticket and suite purchasers should check with their Group Leader or Orioles Group Sales Representative. Group leaders will be contacted by the Orioles to facilitate an exchange.
- Fans with complimentary tickets will not receive a ticket credit. Complimentary tickets have no value when a game is cancelled.
- Fans who purchased tickets on SeatGeek, StubHub, or any other secondary market should reach out to their respective customer service teams for other inquiries about rainout tickets.
