Q: What is member pricing?
A: Flex Members receive access to discounted pricing; the same price paid by full Season Ticket Members. This represents an average savings of 20% - compared to single game pricing. Single game tickets are dynamically priced, causing fixed member pricing to continue increasing savings as the season progresses.
Q: When will my flex credit be available on my account?
Please allow 48 business hours for flex credit to appear on your account for redemption.
Q: Does my Flex Membership come with a predetermined number of tickets?
A: No. Flex Memberships include a credit bank that can be used toward tickets throughout the associated season. Members can use their credit to redeem up to ten (10) tickets per game. Ticket prices vary by game and seating location.

Q: Which games are my flex credit eligible for?
A: Flex credit is eligible for all 2024 regular season home games, with the exception of “Premium Games,” including: Friday, April 5 vs. SD; Saturday, June 1 vs. NYY; Saturday, June 29 vs. LAD. Only Pro and Club Level Memberships may use flex credit toward tickets for “Premium Games.” Flex credit is not eligible for any potential Postseason games.
Q: What seating categories is my Flex Membership eligible for?
A: Seating categories are dependent on your membership level:
- Starter: View Levels Reserve, View Box, Left Field + Bleachers (Excluding The 415*, Bleachers 143-144)
- Plus: Starter categories + Lower Box Left Field
- Pro: Starter & Plus categories + Arcade, Lower Box and Lower Box Select
- Club: Starter, Plus & Pro categories + Field Box, Premium Lower Box, Club Outfield and Club Left Field

Q: Can a Flex Membership be shared by multiple people?
A: No. Flex Membership is limited to one (1) per person. Flex credits are non-transferrable to any party other than the purchasing customer and cannot be offered as a gift to any other customer or third party.
Q: Do any fees apply to my purchase of a Flex Membership?
A: Purchase of a Flex Membership is subject to a convenience fee. Convenience fees will not apply be charged for the purchaser’s use of flex credits to redeem tickets.
Q: How much flex credit does my membership include?
A: Your investment (purchase price) is converted into flex credit, which can be used to purchase tickets at member pricing - discounted from full-price tickets.
Q: Is there a deadline to redeem flex credit?
A: Flex Membership credit can be redeemed any time up to 30 minutes after first pitch. 2024 flex credit is non-refundable and may only be applied to 2024 regular season home games. Remaining credit will not carry over into future seasons.
Q: Can I use my flex credit after the 2024 regular season?
A: No. 2024 flex credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2024 regular season home games. Unused credit cannot be rolled over.
Q: How do I redeem my flex credit for game tickets?
A: Click the “Redeem Credit” button, located on the Members tab. Step-by-step instructions to follow from there.
Q: Can I use my flex credit to purchase tickets outside of the seating categories included in my membership?
A: Yes. New for the 2024 season, Flex members have the option to redeem flex credit in seating categories outside of your designated membership area. Tickets purchased in categories not included in your membership will be available for purchase at full price.
Q: Can tickets redeemed with flex credit be returned or exchanged?
A: Yes. Tickets redeemed with Flex Membership can be exchanged up to 24 hours before first pitch. Tickets can be exchanged using the Ticket Flexibility portal.
Q: Can tickets redeemed with flex credit be resold?
A: No. Tickets redeemed with Flex Membership credit are not eligible for resale. The Giants reserve the right to revoke tickets and flex credit without a refund, if this policy is violated. Professional ticket resellers or brokers are not eligible to open a Flex Membership. Flex credits purchased by professional ticket resellers or brokers in violation of this policy will be revoked without a refund. If you have redeemed tickets for a game you can no longer attend, we kindly ask that members utilize Ticket Exchange.
Q: Can I upgrade tickets purchased with flex credit?
A: Yes. Tickets can be upgraded on the associated gameday at Oracle Park. Please visit the Box Office located on King Street near Willie Mays Plaza or Ticket Services on the Promenade near section 119.
Q: Can I use my flex credit to purchase Special Event tickets?
A: Special Event add-ons may be purchased separately and in addition to game tickets via MySFTix. Flex credit cannot be applied to Special Event add-on purchases. Associated game tickets required for special event item redemptions.
Q: Can additional credit be added to my Flex Membership?
A: Yes. Members can add additional credit to their Flex Membership in $50 increments with a 10% processing fee. Multiple $50 increments can be added at once. 2024 flex credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2024 regular season home games. Remaining credit will not carry over into future seasons.
Q: When will my add-on flex credit be available?
A: Your credit will be available for redemption immediately. 2024 flex credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2024 regular season home games. Please allow 48 business hours for your upgraded membership level and corresponding seat access (if applicable) to become available.
Q: Is there a maximum amount of credit that can be added to a Flex Membership?
A: No. Any amount of credit can be added in $50 increments. Account credit is only eligible for 2024 regular season home games and does not roll over to the following season. 2024 flex credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2024 regular season home games. Remaining credit will not carry over into future seasons.
Q: If I add credit to my Flex Membership, does my membership level change?
A: Yes. Flex Membership credit may also be unlocked after $999 in total credit has been purchased. Pro Membership is unlocked with $1999 of total credit purchases, and Club Membership is unlocked with $4999 of total credit purchases. Members do not need $999/$1999/$4999 in their account at one time to unlock the next level of membership. Membership levels are based on an accumulated total of credit.
