CHICAGO – The Chicago White Sox have appointed right-handed pitcher Justin Anderson from Class AAA Charlotte to serve as the 27th player for today’s doubleheader vs. Washington.

Anderson, 31, is 1-2 with a 2.81 ERA (5 ER/16.0 IP), 1.06 WHIP, four saves and 22 strikeouts over 14 relief appearances with Charlotte in 2024. He also has made two relief appearances with the White Sox this season, allowing two runs on two hits with one strikeout in 2.1 IP.
